Rob Bier


Rob heads up the Leadership practice area for Trellis bringing his expertise in coaching entrepreneurs & CEOs, developing high-performing teams and designing scalable organizations. Prior to coaching, he was founder & CEO of a FinTech company acquired by Citigroup. He is also the Chairman of MoneySmart in Singapore.

Anne Caron


Anne leads the People Ops Stack in Trellis, bringing into play 15 years of experience in HR. She spent ten years at Google in leadership positions in EMEA & APAC, where she built and optimized Global Talent programs. She supports SEA start-ups in their development of scalable HR strategies, HR operations & company culture.

Vick Chandra


Vick leads Learning & Development at Trellis. He is passionate about helping first-time managers master the art of people management. In fact he loves developing people at all levels. Vick brings over 8 years of Management Development experience and has a masters degree in Organisational Psychology and HR Management.

Laura Nicholson


As Business Manager, Laura brings calm, charm and efficiency to the team. From organising meetings and workshops to keeping all of our projects on track, her ability to keep all the plates spinning at the right speed is unparalleled. Laura started her career at Foresight Group, a leading British private equity and venture capital firm.
